Timber Traditions Return & Replacement Policy

At Timber Traditions, we take great care in crafting high-quality, handmade boards, and we want you to love your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand by our craftsmanship! If your board arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Simply reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

Returns & Exchanges:
Because each board is handcrafted and often personalized, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
