At Timber Traditions, every board is handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Because of this, our shipping process takes a little extra time—but we promise, it's worth the wait!

Processing & Shipping Time

📦 Processing Time: Each board is made by hand, not mass-produced. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to complete your order before it is ready to ship. This timeframe ensures proper wood selection, finishing, and quality checks.

🚚 Shipping Time: Once your board is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping times vary based on location, but standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your board.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Local Pickup

📍 Located in the Spokane area? We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their board in person. Once your order is ready, we’ll coordinate a convenient pickup time.

Damages or Issues?

We take great care in packaging each board, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
